Private matters, parties or student parties are never accepted.

General terms and conditions

Catering

The catering service of Het Pand is closed during weekends and public holidays. On those days you can appeal to external caterers.

Should you prefer an external caterer on working days, we will charge 25% extra on the price of the room where the catering will take place.

Lease prices

The prices include the use of the premises from 8 to 22 hours. After 22 hours 37.50 per hour will be charged additionally. All activities must be finished by 01 hours.

Price coefficients for the use of rooms and equipment during several days:

• 2 days - price times 1,5
• 3 days - price times 2
• 4 days - price times 2,5
• 5 days - price times 3
• 6 days - price times 3,5
• 7 days - price times 4

On Saturday and Sunday the following additional charges are made:

• Opening and closing Het Pand:
  Saturday: € 50
  Sunday: € 100
• Permanence at the desk:
  Saturday: € 16 € per hour
  Saturday: € 32 € per hour

Lease prices rooms

* 08.00 - 12.00 / 14.00 - 18.00 / 18.00 - 22:00
* prices excluding 21% VAT;
* for rent on non-working days, an additional fee of 15% will be charged;
* staff costs after 22:30 are charged at 35 EUR/hour.

Equipment

All meeting rooms are equipped with a flipchart, projection screen and - on request - a lectern. The organizers are responsible for the operation of the equipment.

Our technician explains the use of the equipment and intervenes in case of problems. Stolen and damaged equipment will be charged.

Cancellations

• Reservations for small rooms can be cancelled without any cost until 2 weeks before the date of the event.
• Reservations for the Refectory room can be cancelled without any cost until 3 months before the date of the event.

Is these periodes are exceeded, 50% of the lease price is due. For changes in the reservation for cheaper rooms during these periods, 50% of the difference in price will be charged.
